Makeup Look #1

I thought I would make a little series of makeup look blog posts as I have so many different ones that I wear. This one is fairly simple but I don’t like to use this foundation everyday as I find it quite full coverage and it’s expensive too.

I use the Dior STAR liquid foundation which I love, I feel like it brightens my face and covers all of my redness giving me an even skin tone. I then set this using my Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder, I use this powder every day and it is only about £4 so really reasonable. I haven’t actually tried any other pressed powders so if there is one you recommend I try then let me know in the comments below.

I literally use this Rimmel palette every day, I have two this is my new, back up one which is handy for pictures and then my other one lives in my makeup bag and it’s so well used that I have hit the pan on all three sections and all of the writing as rubbed off. It is perfect as it has a bronzer, blusher and highlighter all in one, I also use the Blushing Heart by iheartrevolution just to add a bit more shimmer.

For my eyebrows I use Benefit Gimme Brow in the shade 1. The is perfect just to brush onto your eyebrows and it fills them in and sets them too. For my eyes I have like a million mascaras but for this look I used Benefit, Roller Lash as it curls and lengthens my lashes.

To finish off this fairy simple look I use my pixi MatteLast liquid lipstick in the shade Really Rose, this lipstick is so well loved, it is the perfect pink and lasts on my lips for ages. You can see my finished look below.
