NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams

I love wearing these NYX soft matte lip creams. I have them in three shades, London, Cannes and Prague. They were the first products that I bought from NYX when the brand first came to the UK and I still love using them just as much.

The first shade is London this is the lightest shade of the three and it is a lovely caramel nude. This would look gorgeous with a bronze smokey eye as it would really bring out the nude tones. I wore this quite a lot during winter as it is ideal for an everyday makeup look.

The second shade is Cannes it is a bit darker than London and has more of an peachy look to it. With both pink and orange tones in it- perfect for summer and also perfect for everyday as it looks nice and natural.

The last shade is Prague, this is my favourite shade of the three. It is such a beautiful deep pink and I will definitely be wearing it a lot more throughout spring and summer as it looks perfect with bold colours and a tan.

Here are swatches of the three lipsticks so you can see the colours of them.

They are all a creamy consistency when applied and dry very matte. I personally don’t find them drying on my lips, if my lips have been exfoliated and moisturised -they last a very long time.

I would love to get some more colours from this range, have you ever tried them? Are there any shades that you would recommend?

I’m always eyeing these up in Boots after hearing so many good things about them and I really do need to pick up a few! I love the shades you’ve got. X

I am so desperate to try these! I spent ages in Boots looking at them all the other day and almost settled on Morocco before realising I was running late and had to dash! London looks so lovely here! Xx
